Facelift exercise


Cow face for then Neck and Chin.
Allow your jaw to slacken and go completely limp so your mouth is open.
1. Protrude your jaw and raise it very slowly until your bottom teeth are over your upper front teeth.
2. Get into Cow Face Position, starting with the right arm raised.
3.Turn your head to the left and look up. Hold for a count of five.
4.Slowly lower and relax your jaw, but keep your arms in place. Lift and protrude your jaw again, this time holding for a count of ten. Repeat two more times on the left side. The last time, release your jaw, lower your head and arms and relax. Take a deep breath. Then repeat the same sequence.
5. Now do the same exercise for the other side. This time rise your left arm and reach toward the back with your left hand while you rich around with your right hand. Protrude your jaw, then repeat the series of head movements, turning to the right this time.
After the third time, relax your arms and take a deep breath.

Abs Without Exercise

Exercise for Jawline
As we get older our jawline starts to lose its definition, and we may even develop jowls or dewlaps. This exercise will do wonders to firm up that whole area, taking years of the face.
1.Place your index finger on the inside of your mouth , resting alongside your bottom molars, toward the back where the jaw hinges.
2.Clench your teeth together and push your jaw muscles in against the resistance of your fingers . Hold for a count of five, then release. These are the muscles you chew with, and you can feel how powerful they are as you work them.
Repeat five times.


Cheekbone Creator Exercise:

This exercise targets saggy cheeks and helps to reveal beautiful cheekbones in people who didn't know they had any.
1.Put your anchor fingers (your two fingers) of each hand just outside your nostrils.
2.Smile without smiling, drawing your cheeks up. Open your eyes wide. Hold of count of ten.
3.Release.
4.Move your fingers outward until they rest on the middle of your cheeks.
5.Push up gently until you feel your cheekbones.
6.Open your eyes wide, smile without smiling, hold for a count of ten.
7.Move your fingers father apart so that now they rest on the hollow between your cheekbone and your jaw.
8.Holding your mouth slightly open, press in and up with your fingers, toward your ears, holding for a count of ten. Keep your jaws separated and don't clench your teeth.
